  1. Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Upon your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, a representative from the State Express Tour Operators will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel.

New Delhi, the capital of the Republic of India, is a city steeped in history. Every crumbling wall and grand monument whispers stories of a rich and glorious past. The architecture reflects the diverse cultural and historical influences that have shaped the nation over centuries.

    Afternoon Sightseeing Tour of Delhi:

Raj Ghat: Begin your exploration with a visit to Raj Ghat, the serene memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. A simple black granite platform marks the spot of his cremation, with an eternal flame burning at one end. The memorial’s minimalistic design reflects Gandhi’s simple life, and his last words — “Hare Ram” — are inscribed on the platform.

Red Fort: Next, visit the magnificent Red Fort, located on the banks of the Yamuna River. A symbol of Mughal grandeur, the fort features imposing red sandstone walls and intricate interiors crafted from pure white marble. It stands as a testament to the Mughal Empire’s architectural brilliance during its golden age.

Chandni Chowk & Jama Masjid: Experience the old-world charm with a rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk, one of Delhi's oldest and most vibrant markets. Your ride concludes at the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in Asia. The mosque features distinct leaning towers, deliberately constructed away from the main structure to protect it from earthquakes. From the minarets, enjoy a spectacular bird’s-eye view of the city.

After the tour, return to the hotel.

    Overnight stay in Delhi.
