Luggage allowance on transfers is one standard suitcase per passenger.

The Balmaceda & Serrano cruise operates between April and September only on Sundays and is subject to weather conditions.

A 100% surcharge applies to services during the holidays of May 1, September 18 and 19, and December 24, 25, and 31.

Services do not operate on January 1.

In the event of hotel unavailability, accommodations of a similar or higher category will be confirmed.
