This morning, we meet with our friendly Driver/Guide and head south thru the hidden heartlands. Our first visit today is at Ballykilcavan Farm & Brewery – 13 generations of the Walsh family have farmed this land for over 380 years – the farmhouse itself is 240 years old. We end our visit with a tasting flight of 3 family brewed beers! Then we head to Cashel where we will have free time to explore the town, have a bite to eat or just stretch the legs before we enjoy a guided tour of the famous Rock of Cashel, once the high seat of the Kings or Ireland. This evening, we will enjoy a welcome dinner at our hotel.
