Mendoza is the head of the Central Andes, the more important wine producing region in Argentina, with wineries and winemaker families dated from the 19th century. The hand of working men and women has transformed this otherwise deserted place into a productive river oasis. The immense white peaked mountains, the harsh terrain, the rivers bringing sacred water and the dams, canals and ditches built to leash Nature make Mendoza a fascinating visit.

-Visit a couple of wineries and be aware of the importance of the wine culture and industry in this Andean region. Wine making was introduced by immigrants and is deeply rooted in Mendoza´s population.

-Enjoy a beautiful ride taking the Road 7, the one that links Mendoza with Santiago de Chile crossing the highest part of the Andes Range and visiting the valley of Mt Aconcagua, the hightest peak in the American continent.
