1. Dzień1Day 1: First impressions of Iceland and onward journey to West Iceland

   You arrive at Keflavík International Airport in the afternoon and pick up your rental car in the arrivals hall. You then leave the peninsula and pass the capital Reykjavík. You can either drive directly through the tunnel to West Iceland or drive around the beautiful Hvalfjörður fjord. If you arrive later, you will spend the night directly on the Reykjanes peninsula.
